Boating Tours

We have not only Playa Grande as a lovely beach, we have a lot more! Except "El Diario" you can reach them only by boat. The cheapest possibility is to take a "Por Puesto" by the sea to Chuao or Cepe.

But we offer also different day tours with safe Boats (for example life vests), snorkel equipment, drinks, lunch, beach chairs and multilingual guides.

Chuao/Cepe

In the morning we walk trough the valley what is one big Cocoa plantation before we reach the village of Chuao where we will test the “best cocoa of the world". After driving back to the beach we take our boat to the wonderful beach of Cepe. Here after a rich lunch we will have time to snorkel, swim or just relax.

La Cienega

Along the Coast we ship to the pittoresk and nearly untouched beaches Uricaro or Aroa. After a lonesome bath in the river or in the ocean we go further to "La cienega". The warm water of this fjord invites to lie in it like in a bathtube. You can snorkel or just relax with an ice cold beer in your hand. Here at the beach we will prepare our lunch before we will enter the mangroves. On our way back we maybe have the opportunity to visit the harbour of "Ocumare de la Costa" or we anchor in the bay of Cata. We will be back in Puerto Colombia around 5.00 pm.
